Denver to SLC
Long travel day. Denver to SLC. Hangover. Treacherous drive down I-70. Broken snowmobile. Delayed flight. Ice. Lost rental car reservation; the one that costs $19 a day. Now paying $50 a day for Kia Rio without power locks or electric windows.
Just get all the Murphy’s Law shit outta the way before the North Face Masters, Karma, and we’ll be ok. :)
Typical conversation regarding my occupation:
Them: “What do you do for a living?”
Me: “I snowboard.”
Them: “Yeah, but what do you DO?”
Me: “…I snowboard.”
Them: “So…you teach snowboarding?”
Me: “…”
